Covet Digital Ltd operates covet.digital. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. For questions about how we handle your data, contact us at hello@covet.digital.
2. What we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, role type (candidate or company), and relevant professional details such as job title, years of experience, or company name. We only collect what's necessary to personalise your early access experience.
3. How we use it
We use your data to manage your waitlist position, send you relevant updates about Covet, and shape the product around the needs of early members. We will never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us directly.
5. Third parties
We use Mailchimp to manage waitlist communications. Your email and name are stored on Mailchimp's servers, subject to their privacy policy. We use Mixpanel for anonymised product analytics. No personal data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@covet.digital.
7. Retention
We retain your data for as long as you remain on the waitlist or are an active user of the platform. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the platform grows. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
